About the Role
The Telecalling Executive will handle both incoming and outgoing calls to facilitate lead generation, sales closing, and customer query resolution.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound telephonic communications effectively.

- Address and resolve issues or queries raised by customers promptly.
