Role Overview
The Telecalling Executive will engage with customers through multiple communication channels including live chat, emails, social media platforms, and direct telephone conversations. This role focuses on adapting sales communications dynamically based on customer needs and maintaining comprehensive contact databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicating via different media such as live chat, email, social networks, and phone calls to connect with customers.
