Job Summary
Reknas Marketing LLP is seeking enthusiastic and confident female Telecalling Executives based in Hyderabad, Telangana. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls to communicate effectively with customers, generating leads, and coordinating appointments with the sales team. Freshers and experienced candidates who possess excellent English communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset are encouraged to join full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers via outbound and inbound telephonic conversations.
- Promote company products and services using established sales scripts.
- Assess customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Generate leads and maintain detailed customer contact databases.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments smoothly for the sales team.
- Follow up on prospective clients to convert inquiries into business transactions.
- Keep accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly calling targets and overall performance goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Preference given to female candidates.
- Open to both freshers and experienced applicants.
- Strong verbal communication proficiency in English is essential.
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office skills.
