Job Overview
We seek a Telecalling Executive to communicate with potential customers over the phone, present our product range, and actively boost sales. The role demands courteous interaction, confidence, and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Phone customers to describe and promote our products, with training provided.
- Provide detailed product information and handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Follow up with interested prospects for potential engagement.
- Keep accurate records of calls and customer feedback.
- Assist in converting leads into confirmed sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team by sharing leads and relevant insights.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Completed 12th grade or holds a graduate degree.
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi with basic English understanding.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Excel and WhatsApp.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary between 5000 and 7000 INR, supplemented by incentives based on performance.
