Job Overview
Shaadi Partner Center is hiring for the position of Matrimonial Executive, a full-time role based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Compensation and Benefits
The fixed salary ranges from ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month. Additionally, earnings depend on individual performance, potentially increasing to ₹25,000–₹30,000 or more. Hardworking employees have the opportunity to earn without limits on their salary.
Responsibilities
- Engage politely and professionally with customers over the phone.
- Provide accurate information to clients regarding matrimonial services.
- Utilize strong communication and persuasive skills to convince clients effectively.
