Job Overview
Join Golden Arm Insurance Financial Services Pvt Ltd as a Telecaller based in Bengaluru. Engage in both outbound outreach to prospective clients and inbound customer support, utilizing provided scripts and databases.
Key Duties
- Reach out to potential customers through outbound calls following company scripts to present services.
- Respond to incoming customer calls to address product inquiries and efficiently resolve complaints.
- Generate leads by pinpointing prospective clients, assessing their requirements, and forwarding valuable prospects to the sales team.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date customer interaction records, feedback, and account statuses in the CRM system.
- Aim to fulfill or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls made, leads generated, and sales completed.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 25,000 INR.
