About the Position
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive for our Voice Process operations based in Kodambakkam, Chennai, near Cholan Mess. This role involves handling customer queries, invoicing, reporting, and assisting with auction-related duties.
Responsibilities
- Managing customer inquiries and providing effective support.
- Preparing and coordinating invoices accurately.
- Compiling reports and maintaining documentation.
- Supporting auction activities as required.
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Applicants should have any degree-level educational qualification.
- Experience ranging from freshers up to 6 months is acceptable.
- Open to candidates of all genders.
Salary and Benefits
The position offers a take-home salary between 15,000 to 25,000 INR per month, along with additional incentives.
Location
Work onsite at the office located in Kodambakkam, Chennai.
