About the Role
Trio Care Hair Transplantation & Facial Aesthetics is seeking passionate professionals to join their team at a hair clinic in Chennai. The available roles are Telecaller and Counsellor, aimed at fostering excellent customer relations and supporting client booking processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients over phone to provide information and support.
- Build strong connections with customers to understand their needs effectively.
- Manage scheduling of appointments efficiently.
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer service with a sales-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Outstanding verbal communication capabilities.
- Customer-centric approach with sales orientation.
- Preferred prior experience in telecalling and counseling roles.
- Experience in hair and skin clinic environments is an advantage.
Additional Information
- Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
- Monthly remuneration ranges from 15000 to 30000 INR.
