Job Overview

We seek a confident, customer-oriented Telecaller to oversee all inbound and outbound communication, manage customer inquiries, and efficiently follow up on leads acquired from various platforms. The candidate will work closely with the sales team and keep detailed records of customer interactions to facilitate a smooth customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
