Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller and Computer Operator at Shri Bharti Institute of Education, based in Nagpur, Maharashtra. This role involves direct interaction with customers through cold calling and managing sales processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing lead generation and initiating cold calls to potential customers.
- Building and maintaining robust relationships with customers to promote repeat business.
- Accurately documenting customer purchase orders and managing sales transactions.
- Acquiring thorough knowledge of the products to improve service quality and sales effectiveness.
- Redirecting customer inquiries or complaints to the relevant departments and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
Compensation
The salary for this position ranges between 6000 to 8000 INR per month.
