Role Overview

The full-time Tele Caller position is based onsite in Kochi. Responsibilities involve proactively reaching out to potential and existing clients through outbound calls to present Metametics' marketing services, qualify potential leads, and arrange meetings or demonstrations for the sales and marketing departments. The role also includes handling inbound inquiries by providing clear and informative descriptions of digital marketing offerings. Maintaining detailed records of communication within CRM or call logs is essential. The Tele Caller is required to follow prepared call scripts, adhere to organizational guidelines, and achieve set daily and weekly call objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Clear, confident verbal communication and attentive listening skills suitable for telephone interactions.
• Strong customer service orientation with an ability to build relationships, address objections constructively, and maintain professionalism.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles such as online advertising, branding, and lead generation; training will be provided.
• Competency with CRM software, call tracking systems, and fundamental office applications to manage leads and document interactions accurately.
• Capability to work effectively onsite in Kochi, while meeting performance targets and managing tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in tele calling, telesales, or call center roles is advantageous but not a requirement.
• Fluency in English and local languages prevalent in Kochi is required; additional language skills are an asset.
