Key Responsibilities

• Handle physical tasks including moving inventory and conducting stock checks.
• Maintain building infrastructure and carry out basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
• Inspect and repair various types of equipment on-site.
• Estimate materials and labor hours required for projects.
• Manage and oversee duties performed by handymen as needed.
• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced setting to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.
• Adhere strictly to Marina Bay Sands' policies and uphold the company's vision, mission, and values while performing duties.

Requirements

• Preferably possess a Higher Nitec or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• Minimum of two years professional experience in relevant roles.
• Background in Engineering or Facilities departments is advantageous.
• Proficient in the use of various hand and power tools.
• Basic proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Exhibit a positive mindset with eagerness to learn.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and embrace teamwork principles.
• Flexibility to work any day of the week including rotational shifts up to midnight.
• Comply with attendance requirements and follow all departmental and company policies.
