About the Role
Sutherland, a leader in global digital transformation services, is seeking candidates for a Technical Support Specialist role within its international voice support team based in Chennai. With over 35 years of experience, Sutherland offers innovative solutions across multiple industries, combining advanced AI, automation, and analytics to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to real-time voice calls effectively within the international voice process.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during these interactions maintaining high-quality communication standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
- Candidates should have between 6 months and 3 years of prior experience in international voice or technical support processes.
- Immediate availability to join the team is required.
Work Schedule and Compensation
- The position operates on predominantly night shifts with a 5-day work week including rotational weekly offs.
- The total annual compensation ranges between 275000 and 350000 INR, depending on experience.
Additional Details
- On-site work is mandatory at Sutherland's office located at A1 Block, Ground Floor, Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur, Chennai (opposite Perungalathur Railway Station).
- Two-way transportation with cab facility is provided for employees residing within a 25 km radius based on shift timings.
- The selection process includes a walk-in HR interview, followed by a skills panel interview and a voice assessment.
