Technical Recruiter – North America Internship Team

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Recruiter to enhance Tesla's internship recruitment initiatives. This position will focus on teams including Vehicle Software, IT/Infrastructure, and Sales, Service, and Delivery divisions. The role involves collaborating with managers and senior managers and contributing to the evolution of our campus recruitment brand and storytelling approach. You will also work closely with leadership to identify and secure resources to elevate our internship programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a significant number of job requisitions while ensuring exceptional experiences for clients and candidates.
• Gain a thorough understanding of business requirements and build sustainable talent pipelines to align with hiring demands.
• Coordinate with full-time recruiters to create a seamless transition process for top-performing interns.
• Establish and nurture strong communication channels with clients and candidates to support recruitment goals.
• Deliver outstanding onboarding and interview experiences for incoming candidates.
• Plan and implement innovative campus recruiting strategies throughout North America.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical recruitment, particularly in engineering, software, or hardware fields.
• Preferred experience in recruiting internship or early-career engineering talent.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting pipelines without compromising quality.
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive and multitasking mindset.
• Expertise in sourcing and interviewing candidates across diverse channels.
• Willingness and ability to travel across North America and potentially to international campuses and events.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range between $84,000 and $168,000, including cash and stock awards.
