About the Role

This role is offered by a partner company based in Germany seeking a Technical Project Manager. The position is fully remote and involves a pivotal role in overseeing complex technical projects from inception through successful completion. You will act as the hub connecting engineering teams, product stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring smooth project progress with clarity and collaboration. Your mission includes managing various workstreams, eliminating obstacles, and fostering team alignment to achieve common objectives. This opportunity allows you to refine delivery processes, influence technical operations, and contribute to the development of innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of technical initiatives such as platform enhancements, integrations, and partner onboarding processes.
Develop and update comprehensive project plans detailing milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and deliverables to guarantee successful outcomes.
Drive daily progress by resolving blockers, facilitating decisions, and maintaining momentum across simultaneous workstreams.
Conduct cross-functional meetings to review advancements, resolve challenges, and keep teams aligned with project goals.
Serve as the main communication bridge among engineering, product, business teams, and external collaborators.
Deliver timely and transparent updates on project status, risks, schedules, and interdependencies to stakeholders, including senior management.
Implement project governance by ensuring thorough documentation, controlling scope changes, and upholding accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Convert business needs and feedback into structured user stories with unambiguous acceptance criteria for development teams.
Recognize and apply enhancements to project management methodologies, tools, and team workflows.

Candidate Requirements

Substantial experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Delivery Lead within software development or related technology settings.
Proven success managing end-to-end technical projects involving multiple teams and complex dependencies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills capable of fostering collaboration at all organizational levels.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Confident facilitation and influence skills to align distributed teams and sustain project momentum amid uncertainty.
Detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for project deliverables.
Preferably experienced with agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
Familiar with project tools such as JIRA and Confluence is advantageous.
Additional credentials in iGaming, software platforms, formal project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) considered a plus.
