About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Technical Oracle Health Project Manager to coordinate and lead Oracle Health Millennium initiatives. The work centers on technical delivery, resolving issues, improving operations, and delivering strong client outcomes.
You will own project planning, bring together cross-functional contributors, monitor risks and dependencies, assist governance activities, and help ensure the work is completed within scope, schedule, and budget. This is a contract position for a practical, hands-on PM with deep healthcare IT exposure and familiarity with Oracle Health Millennium environments.
Responsibilities
- Create, run, and continuously update project plans that stay aligned with scope, timelines, budget, resources, risk factors, and delivery goals.
- Bring together technical staff, subject matter experts, client representatives, and business teams to keep execution moving smoothly.
- Monitor milestones, deliverables, dependencies, open actions, issues, risks, and scope changes across the full project lifecycle.
- Prepare regular progress updates, including leadership summaries, dashboards, risk registers, mitigation actions, and key decision items.
- Lead project meetings, technical working discussions, stakeholder check-ins, governance reviews, and escalation conversations.
- Hold teams accountable for deadlines, commitments, and completion of assigned actions.
- Maintain project records such as documentation, slide decks, reports, SharePoint content, meeting summaries, and governance files.
- Help identify, escalate, and close complex technical, operational, and client-facing problems.
- Follow project governance rules, operating procedures, security expectations, and internal policies.
- Support Oracle Health work related to implementation, migration, optimization, and transformation across clinical, technical, and operational settings.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of project management experience in healthcare IT, consulting, technical delivery, healthcare operations, or similar settings.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects involving technical groups, business teams, and cross-functional workstreams.
- Hands-on experience handling project schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and executive reporting.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Health Millennium architecture, workflows, implementation practices, or operational environments.
- Background in healthcare technology, clinical systems, healthcare operations, or large healthcare transformation programs.
- Strong capabilities in planning, execution, governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in risk handling, issue resolution, dependency tracking, change control, and escalation management.
- Comfort using SharePoint administration, document management tools, Microsoft PowerPoint, project dashboards, and executive presentation formats.
- Ability to juggle several priorities and workstreams in complex, fast-moving, regulated environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Noida.
