Technical Lead - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant

Overview

Mount Talent Consulting, a well-established leader in IT technology consulting, is seeking a technically skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM consultant or architect. This role involves designing, customizing, and managing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, integrating various components and extending capabilities with the Power Platform and Azure services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and tailor Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business needs.
• Create custom plugins, develop workflows, JavaScript components, PCF controls, and business process flows.
• Build and consume REST/Web APIs and enable integration of Dynamics CRM with external applications.
• Leverage Power Platform tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate for solution development.
• Customize system elements including entities, forms, dashboards, views, business rules, and security roles.
• Utilize Azure-based services for application integrations.
• Engage actively in solution design discussions, code review processes, deployment activities, and production support.
• Enhance application performance while ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert requirements into effective technical designs.

Required Expertise

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics 365 platform.
• Strong skills in C# programming.
• Proficient with .NET Framework and .NET Core technologies.
• Hands-on knowledge of ASP.NET development.
• Experienced in JavaScript and TypeScript for client-side customizations.
• Expertise in developing plugins, custom workflows, and custom actions.
• Competent in Power Apps, Power Automate, and broader Power Platform capabilities.
• Understanding of Dataverse data storage and management.
