Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and goal-driven Female Team Leader to oversee and guide our telecalling department. This role involves managing daily floor activities, tracking team performance, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining smooth department operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily tasks of the telecalling team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure achievement of set targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Monitor individual and group performance to boost productivity through guidance.
• Manage the call center floor, upholding discipline and order.
• Lead team meetings and motivate members toward reaching organizational objectives.
• Keep records of attendance, punctuality, and overall team performance metrics.
• Generate and submit detailed reports regularly to the management team.
• Oversee call quality, enforcing adherence to company guidelines.
• Communicate with management about team needs and operational changes.
• Identify gaps in performance and offer coaching and training where needed.
• Address team conflicts and maintain a healthy working atmosphere.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Competency in MS Excel and ability to handle reporting and data analysis.
• Capacity to operate effectively under pressure and meet targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Prior experience in team leadership roles is required.

Contract Details

This position will be offered on a fixed 2-year contract. Performance evaluations will be conducted routinely, focusing on target achievement and operational effectiveness.
