Role Overview
We are excited to offer a Team Lead position within our Dunedin team. This role can be tailored to the right candidate, particularly someone with clinical expertise interested in combining direct clinical work with leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily leadership, coaching, and support to team members.
- Promote staff wellbeing, professional growth, and engagement.
- Coordinate workload management, resource allocation, and service delivery.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships across clinical, rehabilitation, and service coordination divisions.
- Lead local projects and actively support organizational priorities.
- Participate in service improvements and quality outcome initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership throughout the Southern Region.
- For clinicians, maintain an active clinical caseload alongside leadership duties.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in leadership or the capacity and enthusiasm to guide a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal relationship capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A cooperative mindset and dedication to ongoing enhancement.
- Ability to manage operational priorities while fostering a positive team environment.
- Clinical experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- For clinical applicants, significant clinical experience coupled with dedication to outstanding patient care is essential.
