About the Role
Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, through Amrita Online at the Amritapuri Campus, is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant for the Computer Science online program. This position serves as a key support role for faculty by coordinating courses and managing learning management system (LMS) activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist faculty members with coordinating academic courses and activities.
- Provide LMS support ensuring seamless operation and access for students and staff.
- Monitor student progress and engagement within the online platform.
- Prepare and maintain academic reports to track learning outcomes.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between the faculty and the computer science team.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Applicants must hold at least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Possess between zero and three years of experience in teaching assistance, online educational support, or technical assistance.
- Exhibit strong communication abilities to interact effectively with students and faculty.
- Demonstrate solid coordination and organizational skills.
