About the Role

Motion Recruitment seeks a Talent Recruiter to join their expanding Enterprise Talent Services Team in Boston, MA. This role requires being onsite two days per week, so candidates must reside locally. The position is suited for individuals with entry-level experience up to three years in recruiting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to extending job offers for both technical and non-technical roles across Enterprise clients nationwide.
• Create job postings and leverage job boards to identify qualified candidates.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, including conducting phone screenings and effectively matching candidate skills with job openings.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, prepare candidates for interviews, and collect feedback after interviews.
• Present job offers to selected candidates and assist internal HR teams with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Between zero to three years of full-cycle recruiting experience is required.
• Experience using Bullhorn ATS is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with comfort in a phone-intensive work environment.
• An interest in sales and recruitment careers.
