About The Position
In the role of Recruitment Coordinator / Sourcer at Constructor, you will facilitate hiring processes for both technical and go-to-market roles by collaborating closely with the Talent team. Your primary focus will be managing end-to-end virtual onsite interview scheduling, supporting communication with candidates, maintaining ATS data accuracy, and ensuring transparent recruitment pipeline status. Your contribution will be vital to maintaining a swift hiring process and delivering a positive candidate experience. There is also an opportunity for career growth into sourcing and broader recruitment functions.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex virtual onsite interviews involving multiple interviewers across various time zones, ensuring all parties receive timely and clear updates.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout scheduling, including confirmations, changes, and rescheduling needs.
- Identify and escalate risks, potential delays, or challenges to recruiters promptly.
- Ensure timely updates of interview stages, scheduling activities, and notes within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct follow-ups on pending tasks and highlight blockers such as absent feedback or calendar conflicts.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand priorities and anticipated interview volumes to avoid scheduling bottlenecks.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment coordination, candidate scheduling, or sourcing in either in-house or agency settings.
- Proficient in managing calendars and coordinating stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Strong professional written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and communication platforms such as Slack.
- Ability to stay organised in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
- Availability to work US East Coast hours to support activities covering the EMEA region and US West Coast core hours.
