Talent Acquisition Specialist - eCommerce Sector, Singapore (Third-Party Contract)

Role Purpose

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will recruit for the e-commerce division across Southeast Asia. You will collaborate with various local and international stakeholders, being integral to supporting TikTok's growth and extension in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing efforts for multiple challenging roles to attract and engage top technical talent across all seniority levels.
• Work closely with recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, and other team members during the entire hiring process to meet organizational goals.
• Develop comprehensive business insights and manage relationships with HR, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
• Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies and optimize current recruitment procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Perform detailed data analysis to provide timely, accurate, and actionable market intelligence to business leaders to facilitate strategic decisions.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and promote TikTok as an employer of choice.

Required Qualifications

• Experience using advanced sourcing tools, including Boolean search techniques and platforms such as LinkedIn, to identify and engage passive candidates in the internet industry talent pool.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities capable of interpreting large datasets to support business strategy development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to quickly establish rapport and effectively liaise with stakeholders at various organizational levels, internally and externally.
• Proven track record of collaborating with recruiters, hiring teams, and external partners across multiple locations.
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of two years’ sourcing experience in high-volume recruitment either via search firms or in-house teams.

Additional Information

This opportunity is a 12-month temporary engagement managed by a third-party agency, which will be the official employer. Although the role involves working onsite at TikTok Singapore, the employment contract, payroll, and benefits are administered by the third-party agency. Candidates' personal data will be processed and retained by TikTok solely for recruitment purposes and may be shared with the agency, respecting TikTok’s privacy policies.
