Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a closely related discipline.
• Bring over four years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Case Management roles.
• Demonstrate strong skill proficiency in candidate screening, matching, and communication.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or workforce data management platforms.
