Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for both technical and business roles related to Physical AI, including job intake, candidate sourcing, engagement, interview coordination, offer formulation, and closure.
  • Collaborate extensively with hiring managers to grasp business goals, establish success profiles, refine hiring needs, and devise effective recruiting strategies.
  • Create specialized sourcing approaches targeting talent in robotics, AI, machine learning, software, hardware, systems, infrastructure, product development, and operations.
  • Utilize recruiting data, market insights, and candidate feedback to identify hiring challenges, enhance recruitment efficiency, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Design structured, role-specific interview processes balancing quality hiring, positive candidate experience, and timely completion.
  • Maintain and improve talent pipelines using inbound applications, outbound sourcing, employee referrals, and partnerships with external recruiters.
  • Advise hiring managers on market dynamics, candidate evaluation, compensation packages, and offer closing tactics.
  • Develop engaging candidate narratives by understanding individual motivations, career aspirations, competing opportunities, and influencing factors.
  • Represent RoboForce professionally and authentically throughout the hiring journey.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years’ experience managing full-cycle recruiting, preferably within technical, startup, or high-performance environments.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for complex roles in engineering, AI, robotics, hardware, software, infrastructure, research, and systems domains.
  • Strong sourcing skills including market mapping, competitive intelligence gathering, passive candidate outreach, and relationship cultivation.
  • Proficiency in using AI-based recruiting tools, recruitment automation, or data analytics to boost hiring performance.
  • Quick grasp of technical concepts and effective partnership with hiring managers on priorities, trade-offs, and candidate evaluation.
  • Sound judgment in evaluating candidates, managing stakeholders, structuring interview processes, and developing offer strategies.
  • Analytical capability to interpret recruitment funnel metrics, recognize trends, and offer data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, confident in constructively challenging assumptions and driving consensus.
  • Requirement to work five days per week onsite to collaborate closely with teams.

  • Background in establishing recruiting functions or hiring processes in early-stage or founder-led startups.
