Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned talent acquisition coach to guide students and professionals pursuing careers in recruiting and talent acquisition. This position involves instructing pivotal skills in recruitment, including talent acquisition fundamentals, recruitment strategy, candidate screening, interviewing methods, employer branding, onboarding processes, and the integration of AI basics and automation in modern recruiting practices. Additionally, coaches aid candidates in career development aspects such as resume critiques, cover letter writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and networking techniques to secure appropriate positions.
Qualifications and Approach
The ideal candidate possesses professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience, prior coaching or mentoring background, and excels at systematically breaking down strategic and interpersonal elements of hiring workflows. Coaches enjoy the flexibility to set their own schedules and fees, conduct virtual sessions, and collaborate with our team to ensure a high-quality, supportive learning environment for all students.
