About the Role

The Support Coordinator will act as the crucial link facilitating smooth communication and coordination among clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders. This position is responsible for handling client inquiries, managing delivery timelines, overseeing payment processes, resolving customer issues, and supporting the entire service delivery lifecycle to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for clients to address and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain continuous communication with clients about delivery statuses, service updates, and resolutions.
