Role overview

The company is hiring a Supply Manager - Services to manage the vendor supply ecosystem and support smooth execution across operations.

Key responsibilities

This position covers end-to-end sourcing, onboarding, and training of contractor interior vendors in line with the supply plan, while ensuring compliance with the planned process. The role also includes negotiating with vendors and taking ownership of product margins.

You will monitor vendor project purchase orders, invoices, GST filings, and payment status. Another major part of the role is managing vendor ratings, bandwidth, rewards, attrition/churn, and everyday escalation handling.

The role requires active coordination with QS, Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams to identify and resolve issues or tracker-related gaps. You will also run monthly vendor town halls and contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates should be graduates or postgraduates from any institution and have 4 to 5 years of experience in vendor management or operations.

Strong problem-solving ability, solid verbal and written communication skills, and a good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are required. The role also calls for strong aptitude, a very high sense of ownership, and a proactive work style with the ability to prioritize effectively.
