Role Overview

This is a full-time, onsite position for a Supply Chain Coordinator in Belle Chasse, Louisiana. The coordinator will manage daily trucking logistics, including the coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments, communication with suppliers, logistics providers, and customers, and the monitoring of delivery timelines to ensure project deadlines are met. The role supports operations through order processing, shipment tracking, documentation handling, and swift resolution of delivery challenges. Additionally, collaboration with sales and warehouse teams is required to synchronize inventory availability with customer demand and ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication capabilities, both written and oral, to effectively engage with internal teams and external partners.
• Analytical proficiency to assess inventory reports, monitor orders, and detect supply chain anomalies or trends.
• Competency in operations management focused on logistics coordination, order fulfillment support, and process optimization.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Customer service aptitude aimed at responsiveness, problem resolution, and ensuring dependable delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of $45,000 to $50,000.
