Supply Chain Analyst

About the Role

FURIA Escuela Creativa is seeking a meticulous and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join their team in Hamburg, Germany. This full-time position involves supporting supply chain operations through data analysis, inventory oversight, optimizing logistics workflows, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. The candidate will collaborate across procurement, logistics, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless movement of goods and materials throughout the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain metrics to detect trends, inefficiencies, and potential areas for improvement.
• Oversee inventory levels and contribute to demand forecasting and inventory planning efforts.
• Provide data-backed insights to assist procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators and generate routine operational reports.
• Spot opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality or service standards.
• Help manage supplier performance and delivery timeliness.
• Work closely with internal teams to refine supply chain processes and increase operational efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy of data within supply chain management systems and databases.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and process optimization initiatives.
• Prepare relevant documentation, reports, and presentations for management review.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations analysis is beneficial.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle is advantageous.
• Good understanding of inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply chain procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in managing time effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of German is a plus but not required.
