Supervisor

Role Overview

The Supervisor will oversee assembly-line operations ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality standards. This position involves managing workforce allocation, training employees, maintaining discipline, and coordinating cross-functional activities.

Key Duties

• Direct and supervise assembly line workers daily.
• Distribute manpower based on production needs each day.
• Ensure that production targets are consistently met every day.
• Monitor the assembly processes to maintain quality standards.
• Verify appropriate use of materials, components, and tools during assembly.
• Provide training to staff on assembly instructions and protocols.
• Manage discipline, attendance, and cleanliness on the production floor.
• Identify issues in production and escalate them to the Production Manager.
• Collaborate with Quality, Store, Maintenance, and HR teams for smooth operations.
• Keep accurate daily records of production output and rejected items.
• Implement measures to minimize waste, rejects and rework.
• Enforce safety rules and 5S workplace organization standards.
• Ensure workers follow the prescribed assembly sequence and procedures.
