Key Responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and suggest appropriate jewelry options.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, escalating complex matters when necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product features and advantages.
• Promote product value to meet store sales objectives.
• Remain informed about latest collections and ongoing promotions.
• Adapt to varying shift schedules, store demands, and potential transfers within the store cluster.
• Ensure punctuality and willingly undertake additional tasks as required.
• Assist in store operations including managing deliveries, processing online orders, packaging, restocking, and executing visual merchandising.
• Keep the store environment clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Abide by standard operating procedures, company policies, and theft-prevention measures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth store operations.
• Handle customer complaints with sensitivity and use sound judgment in challenging situations.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualifications: Graduate or HSC (freshers) or SSC with two years of retail experience.
• Age between 18 and 28 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Quick learner with a positive, energetic demeanor.
• Exceptional personal grooming and presentation standards.
• Willingness to adapt and flexibility to changing work conditions.
