Job Overview

We are seeking a Student Assistant specialized in Photo and Video to join our team in Bonn. This role offers a 20-hour work week, facilitating the continuation of your academic pursuits. The position is initially contracted for one year, beginning by August 17, 2026, with promising possibilities for renewal. Partial remote work within Germany can be arranged in coordination with your team; however, fully remote work is not feasible. Compensation is provided at a rate of 15 Euros per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the organization and maintenance of the photo and video database, including management of the Brand Portal.
  • Conduct research to source relevant images and craft accurate captions.
  • Liaise effectively with external service vendors and colleagues across our country offices.

Candidate Profile

  • Currently enrolled at a university or college, preferably studying marketing, graphic design, communication, media design, or related disciplines.
  • Possess some practical experience or knowledge in photography, videography, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with photo databases and Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
  • Skilled in writing concise and stylistically confident short texts.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities, reliability, teamwork skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Fluent in both English and German, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
