Role Overview
We are seeking a Strategist to enhance our award-winning Sydney team. As a key contributor, you will craft the strategic foundation for campaigns, brands, and experiences that deliver tangible business results. You will collaborate closely with creatives, account leaders, and senior strategists to extract meaningful insights, identify growth opportunities, and develop compelling strategic narratives that elevate creative outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulating strategic approaches tailored to client briefs and business goals.
- Conducting thorough research and data analysis to reveal insights and potential opportunities.
- Spotting cultural trends, shifts in consumer behavior, and emerging market changes.
- Developing engaging strategic narratives and creative briefs.
- Communicating insights and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborating with account and creative teams to transform ideas into reality.
- Giving strategic input throughout the creative development stages.
- Assessing campaign performance and suggesting optimizations.
- Contributing to award submissions and strategic case studies.
- Handling multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Continuously honing your strategic skills and tools.
Candidate Profile
We welcome applicants from varied backgrounds. Whether you have experience as a strategist, planner, researcher, marketer, or another role involving insight-driven problem solving, you might be a great fit.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in strategy, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in research, analytical thinking, and problem resolution.
- Able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication capabilities.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work across multidisciplinary groups.
- Genuine curiosity about people, brands, culture, and consumer behaviors.
- Skillful at balancing analytical rigor with creative intuition.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute beyond assigned tasks.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for a dynamic creative workplace.
