Role Overview
This full-time onsite opportunity in the Riyadh Region is for a Strategic Growth Business Development professional. The position is centered on spotting new avenues for growth, nurturing relationships with clients and stakeholders, and shaping strategies that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
The role includes researching the market to uncover opportunities, preparing and presenting business proposals, working closely with cross-functional teams to move initiatives forward, and tracking the sales pipeline along with performance indicators.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to analyze data effectively and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for teamwork and client engagement.
- Background in growth-focused approaches and sales, with the ability to identify creative ways to increase revenue.
- Experience managing projects to keep work on track and aligned with deadlines.
- Capability to build strategic plans and carry out business development initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
- Familiarity with the healthcare sector in the Riyadh Region will be considered an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
- MBA qualification is preferred.
