Role Overview

As a Store Supervisor, you will assume responsibility for the store and the sales team when necessary. Your role involves delivering outstanding customer experiences, ensuring the store’s presentation is consistently appealing, and assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily operational activities in the store based in Aberdeen on a 24-hour permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the management team in fostering a customer-focused service culture among the store team.
  • Guide sales advisors in promoting add-on services, such as omni-channel sales and customer data collection, to enhance sales.
  • Support leadership in driving sales performance, profitability, and meeting key performance indicators.
  • Implement store visual merchandising standards and make use of product and category knowledge to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Train sales advisors on the brand ethos, product details, design inspiration, and available services.
  • Communicate store performance, provide feedback, and identify sales risks and opportunities to your team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Support Store Manager with stock management, loss prevention, incident reporting, health and safety, GDPR compliance, cash handling, key holder duties, and maintaining store safety standards.
  • Hold key-holder responsibilities, including running the store independently as required.
