Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Store Manager fluent in Arabic to lead a prominent consumer electronics retail outlet in Abu Dhabi. This leadership role entails managing daily operations, steering sales achievements, ensuring top-notch customer experience, supervising store personnel, and elevating brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily retail store functions to maintain seamless and efficient operations.
• Boost sales performance by meeting monthly revenue and profit targets.
• Design and execute sales plans aimed at expanding market share and engaging customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to foster a positive shopping environment.
• Guide, inspire, and manage store staff to meet business goals and performance standards.
• Oversee inventory management, stock maintenance, visual merchandising, and prevent retail losses.
• Establish and sustain robust relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional events, and public relations to strengthen brand visibility and store outcomes.
• Discover new business prospects and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
• Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches.
• Maintain clear and effective communication channels among team members, customers, and upper management.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of four years in retail experience, with at least two years in a supervisory or store manager capacity.
• Background in electronics, mobile devices, or computer showroom sales.
• Fluency in Arabic as a native speaker is mandatory.
• Demonstrated capability to drive sales growth and consistently achieve targets.
• Strong leadership, personnel management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience managing diverse, multicultural teams.
• Well-acquainted with the Abu Dhabi market and possessing a network of customer contacts.
• Customer-oriented, flexible, and quick to master new knowledge.
