Store Incharge - Retail Operations

About the Role

Spin Cycles is seeking a competent Store Incharge to oversee the retail store's daily operations in Bengaluru. This role demands excellent communication skills in English and a customer-centric approach to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily retail store activities including opening and closing the store punctually.
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Handle cash and card payment settlements responsibly.
• Manage the flow of garments moving into and out of the store efficiently.
• Assist customers by understanding their needs and explaining the features of various services offered.
• Drive sales proactively by going beyond standard expectations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all services and offerings to better inform customers.
• Build and nurture trustworthy relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with field executives and operations team to ensure timely pickup and delivery of orders.
• Execute sales promotions effectively to maximize impact.
• Collect and relay customer feedback through internal ticketing systems.
• Stay informed about new services and updates.

Working Hours and Off Days

The store operates from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM with a lunch break between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. The weekly day off is Wednesday.
