Role Overview

The Steward will help maintain a clean, tidy, and efficient kitchen environment so service can continue smoothly throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order across the kitchen at all times.
• Support the team so daily service operations run smoothly and without interruption.
• Keep all surfaces, utensils, tools, and work areas hygienic and in line with standards.
• Handle the physical demands of long kitchen shifts from opening through closing.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and changing task requirements during service.
• Work cooperatively with the wider kitchen team to help improve the workplace.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is preferred.
• Strong command of English is required.
• Knowledge of French or another European language is an added advantage.
• Ability to remain reliable and consistent across every shift.
• Commitment to high hygiene standards with no compromise on cleanliness.
• Physical stamina to manage long and demanding kitchen hours.
• Flexible mindset and willingness to take on varied tasks as needed.
• Team-oriented attitude and a collaborative working style.
