Staff Nurse

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Staff Nurses to provide exemplary nursing care to residents in our healthcare home. Working closely with the manager and care assistants, you will create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment, applying your professional judgment to make vital clinical decisions that positively impact residents and staff.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care and support to residents.
• Manage medicine administration safely, adhering strictly to NMC Standards.
• Develop and implement electronic treatment plans effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and best practice standards.
• Provide support, guidance, teaching, and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate closely with the Manager to ensure smooth operations of the home.

Candidate Profile

Candidates must hold a current Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration and possess relevant nursing qualifications. A compassionate, caring approach combined with sufficient experience and clear knowledge of nursing roles and professional boundaries is essential.
