Spa Service Expert - Spa Receptionist

Position Summary

This role supports the smooth running of spa operations while helping create a guest experience that feels personal, polished, and memorable. The position combines guest-facing service with spa administration, including promoting treatments and retail offerings, handling reservations, confirming appointments, answering service-related questions, welcoming guests, and processing payments so that each interaction feels seamless.

Key Duties

The Spa Specialist is expected to take initiative, support a variety of spa functions, and contribute to a consistently high standard of service. The job also requires carrying out additional reasonable duties as assigned to help meet guest and business needs.

Work Expectations

This position requires maintaining a safe work environment, following company policies and procedures, and upholding quality and presentation standards at all times. Professional grooming, appearance, and communication are essential. The role is physically active and involves standing, sitting, or walking for long periods, moving across uneven or slippery surfaces, using reservation systems, and handling light physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping, with objects weighing up to 10 pounds independently and up to 25 pounds with assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. No prior related work experience is required, and no supervisory experience is needed. No license or certification is required for this position.
