Social Media Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable Social Media Specialist I to oversee, develop, and enhance our corporate social media channels, ensuring all content aligns with our branding and communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer corporate social media profiles including X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat.
• Create compelling and brand-consistent content in cooperation with content and communications teams.
• Execute strategies aimed at boosting reach, engagement, and follower base growth.
• Track social media analytics, trends, and performance metrics to suggest enhancements.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining precise attention to detail.
• Offer mentorship and support to less experienced social media specialists when necessary.
• Uphold professional communication and interaction with various stakeholders.
• Carry out additional job-related duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or related disciplines.
• At least six years of pertinent experience in social media or digital communications.
• Demonstrated ability in managing numerous corporate social media accounts.
• Deep understanding of principal social media platforms and analytic tools.
• Excellent command of English communication; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
• Strong skills in organization, communication, collaboration, and multitasking.
• Professional portfolio or verifiable history of successful social media projects.
• Awareness of Health & Safety standards.
