Role Overview
This position involves devising and executing a targeted short-form content plan for a personal brand focused on education, specifically catering to those interested in launching AI-focused agencies. The hired individual will have end-to-end responsibility for managing the brand's social media activities to enhance engagement and follower growth across major platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and deploy a detailed short-form content strategy tailored for the educational audience.
- Produce, schedule, and distribute compelling content on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Evaluate content outcomes through analytics and refine approaches to maximize viewership and interaction.
- Work alongside internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and educational goals.
- Keep abreast of social media trends and best practices relevant to education and AI industries.
- Engage with the online community to nurture a positive and interactive environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven proficiency in managing social media with emphasis on short-form videos.
- Strong skills in content creation encompassing copywriting, video editing, and storytelling.
- Prior experience leading social media for personal or educational brands on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Ability to interpret social media data and apply findings to improve strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
- Self-driven, attentive to detail, and capable of autonomous work in a remote setting.
