About the Role
We are seeking a resourceful and innovative Social Media Manager based in Jagatpura, Jaipur, associated with a respected charitable trust. This full-time position offers an opportunity to amplify the organization's voice by promoting its events, stories, and initiatives across various digital platforms.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create compelling content such as reels, videos, graphics, and creative posts to engage audiences.
- Design visuals using Canva and edit videos with VN Editor, CapCut, or comparable applications.
- Document events and community programs through photography and videography.
- Manage and adhere to content calendars ensuring consistent and timely posting.
- Engage with followers by monitoring comments and messages and foster community growth.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, planning, and productivity.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports that inform improvements.
Candidate Requirements
- At least three years of hands-on experience managing social media platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design using Canva and video editing with VN Editor or CapCut is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of major social networks such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Skilled in producing digital content including reels and executing online campaigns.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with AI content tools like ChatGPT and Claude AI.

- A monthly salary of ₹50,000, commensurate with experience and skill set.

Additional Details
- Working days are Monday through Saturday with a rotational weekly day off.
