The team is expanding its digital footprint and needs creative professionals who can present the brand, its products, production strengths, and completed projects in a compelling way.
Open Roles
The hiring is for two positions: Content Creator & Videographer, and Social Media Manager.
Content Creator & Videographer
This role focuses on producing strong visual content from the showroom, factory, customer locations, and project sites. The selected candidate will create short-form and promotional videos, document product launches, capture client testimonials, record installations, and showcase behind-the-scenes manufacturing activity. Close collaboration with the marketing team will be required, along with occasional travel for shoots.
Requirements for Content Creator & Videographer
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in videography and content creation, with solid hands-on ability in mobile videography and video editing. Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or comparable software is expected. A creative approach to storytelling is important, and applicants must have a portfolio of previous work.
Social Media Manager
This position is responsible for managing the company’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X. The role includes planning monthly content, building engagement, increasing brand visibility, generating customer enquiries, preparing captions and content calendars, and monitoring platform performance through analytics and reports. The goal is to strengthen the digital identity of Indoflex Furnitures across all channels.
Requirements for Social Media Manager
Candidates should bring 2 to 5 years of experience in social media management, along with a clear understanding of organic growth methods. Prior experience handling business accounts is necessary. Strong communication, planning, and content strategy skills are essential, as is the ability to turn brand stories into interesting and effective social content.
