About the Role
We seek an imaginative Social Media Executive with a keen passion for fashion and design to oversee Basilleaf's Instagram and broader social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media content strategies.
- Create compelling captions and narrate brand stories.
- Design visually attractive posts and multi-image carousels.
- Produce and edit Instagram Reels reflecting current platform trends.
- Maintain and update a content calendar every month.
- Collaborate effectively with photographers, models, and the creative team.
- Monitor audience engagement metrics and propose growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in social media, ideally within fashion or lifestyle sectors.
- Fluent written English communication.
- Exceptional sense of design and visual creativity.
- Skilled in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Instagram trends, particularly Reels and content optimization techniques.
- Strong enthusiasm for fashion and luxury brand representation.
