Role overview
Integration International Inc. is hiring a creative Social Video Editor / Creative Content Lead to support the Brand Social team working on HBO and Max. This position suits someone who brings a strong editorial taste, advanced hands-on video editing ability, and prior experience guiding junior creatives.
You will help shape social-first video assets for major initiatives such as the Emmys, theatrical launches, Comic-Con, and library-title promotions.
Location, schedule, and duration
The role is based in Culver City, CA and follows a hybrid setup with three days on site each week.
Assignment length is six months, with the possibility of an extension. The expected start date is ASAP.
Compensation
Pay is up to $50 per hour on W2.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver compelling video content tailored for social platforms.
- Oversee the output of a Motion Designer and Junior Editor, including quality checks and review.
- Offer clear creative guidance and actionable editing notes.
- Track current editing styles, platform trends, and social content ideas for inspiration.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to build brand-aligned creative concepts.
- Contribute to several fast-moving entertainment and culture-driven campaigns.
Required background
- At least four years of professional experience in video editing.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating social-first creative work.
- Advanced skill level in Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut.
- Well-developed storytelling instincts and a distinctive editorial perspective.
- Experience mentoring, directing, or managing junior creative contributors.
- Comfort working in a high-speed, collaborative environment.
Preferred experience
Experience in entertainment is an advantage. Applicants with backgrounds in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands are also encouraged to apply.
Additional information
This position is for a hybrid onsite arrangement in Culver City, CA. It is a temporary six-month assignment with potential for extension, and the work is intended to begin immediately.
