Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, film, and edit high-quality short-form videos such as Reels, TikToks, and Shorts, as well as create static content that reflects our brand identity.
• Oversee daily management of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring timely scheduling and posting of content.
• Develop compelling captions, advertising text, and scripts that resonate with our brand voice.
• Engage actively with followers by responding to comments and direct messages to foster a vibrant online community.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends, viral audios, and platform developments to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Analyze metrics from posts to inform and improve content strategies for greater effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least one year of practical experience in managing social media accounts and creating content, supported by a portfolio or samples.
• Strong skills in mobile video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro and graphic design programs like Canva or Photoshop.
• Excellent command of English writing and verbal communication for diverse copywriting needs.
• Self-driven, creative, and motivated with the ability to work behind and in front of the camera when necessary.
• Additional advantage if experienced in Facebook/Instagram advertisement management or influencer collaborations.
