Overview
We are looking for a creative, digitally fluent Social Media Content Creator to develop high-impact content and campaign ideas for a varied client roster. The position blends hands-on creative production with strategic planning, so the right person will know how to use strong visuals, sharp messaging, and channel-specific storytelling to support wider marketing objectives. Experience in an agency setting, enthusiasm for social media, and the ability to evaluate content performance and refine output based on results are all important for success in this role.
This is a hybrid position in the Fort Worth area, with a flexible schedule.
What you'll do
- Build and carry out social media content plans that align with client marketing goals and business priorities.
- Produce engaging visual and multimedia content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
- Develop, design, and deliver social creative assets that stay consistent with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Craft audience-specific copy that adapts to different industries, customer groups, and brand tones.
- Work closely with account, strategy, creative, and media colleagues to execute integrated campaigns.
- Oversee content calendars, posting schedules, and everyday social publishing across several accounts.
- Track trends, platform changes, and new content formats to keep client work current and effective.
- Review content and campaign results, using performance data to shape recommendations and improve outcomes.
- Assist with community engagement activities and help drive audience growth.
- Join brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas that strengthen client deliverables.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 1–3+ years of experience producing social media content in an agency, brand, or marketing setting.
- A strong portfolio showing social-first creative work across multiple channels.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and industries.
- Hands-on experience creating graphics, video, and other digital assets with standard creative software.
- A solid understanding of social strategy, audience engagement, and content performance measurement.
- Comfort working with metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, CTR, and conversions.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving, client-oriented environment.
- Strong teamwork, organization, and communication abilities.
- Experience supporting both B2B and B2C brands is an advantage.
- Familiarity with paid social, influencer marketing, and digital advertising concepts is preferred.
