Overview
Corlann is searching for dedicated and positive individuals to join as Social Care Workers in Gorey, County Wexford. This full-time, permanent role involves supporting people with intellectual disabilities, ensuring they live fulfilling and enjoyable lives.
Role Summary
Social Care Workers play a vital support and advocacy role, helping individuals in all life areas while promoting independence and skill development. Support includes practical daily life assistance at home or in day services, involvement in personalized support plans, and enabling clients to make informed life choices. Encouraging community participation through innovative thinking and facilitating new experiences are also key aspects.
